How it works
Schedule Your Pickup
You choose the time and place for us to pick up your laundry, and when you’d like it delivered back. You can schedule it through our website, app, or by giving us a call
Get Your Order Picked Up
With your first order, we’ll provide you with a laundry bag. Fill it up as much as you like, and we’ll wash, dry, and fold everything for you. The bag is yours to keep — you can use it again whenever you want to place another order.
Delivery to Your Doorstop
Your cleaned laundry will be delivered the next day during either an afternoon delivery (1pm–5pm) or evening delivery (5pm–9pm)—at no extra cost. Need it even faster? Choose our express service: we’ll collect your laundry in the morning and return it the same evening for an additional £5.00.
